There is a large population of rats that are working their way up the mountain. Neighboring Associations are having infestation issues.

We don’t want them, and their war against them will drive these most unwelcomed pests looking for new homes and food sources.

YOU CAN KEEP THEM AWAY:

  • DO NOT FEED BIRDS OR WILDLIFE! This is a dinner bell for vermin.
  • DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUT IN PLASTIC BAGS! This is a “buffet”!!
  • ALL FIREWOOD MUST BE ELEVATED OFF THE GROUND
  • GARAGE DOORS MUST BE KEPT CLOSED AT ALL TIMES

If you have a feeder, please be sure that the contents are disposed of properly and immediately.

Once rats find a comfortable environment and bore nests, it is not easy to eradicate the problem.

Let’s all do our parts and declare war on these unwelcomed pests.

Rat habits: vermin will find a building and stay close to the foundation. It is an innate travel mechanism. They will travel from building to building not randomly, but in a direct line from one corner to another.

If you see any rat activity, please contact Taylor Management at 732-764-1001 or KCuoco@taylormgt.com

Rat infestations are controlled by bait boxes strategically laid at buildings. They must be maintained on a monthly basis, and it is not an inexpensive remedy. Keeping pest control costs down is all of our responsibilities. Thank you!
