After a record breaking winter of more snow and ice than each of us cares to remember, and one of the soggiest springs on record, summer is finally here! Mountains of packed snow, dark days and rainy conditions are now past, and we welcome the longer days of warmer temperatures, and the good things that come with it! The weather brings other people than the dog walking community to the sidewalks, and we have new energy, and sun in our smiles…

The Pavement Improvement Project is scheduled to commence on or about Monday, June 20, 2011. The project will consist of storm drain repairs, curb repairs and replacements, and finally repair and paving of the main roads. The start date and progression of work is weather dependant and subject to change. It is anticipated that the project will take approximately forty-five (45) days to complete. The contractor, Renda Roads, is scheduled to begin the storm drain repair on Monday, June 20, 2011. This work is anticipated to take one (1) week to complete. Continue reading
Dear Homeowners:
In 2003 the Policy Resolutions regarding Dryer Duct Cleaning and Fireplace Chimney Inspections were amended, requiring that all dryer vents must be cleaned, and fireplace chimneys inspected every two years starting in 2003. All units must comply with these requirements as a safety precaution to prevent fires or condensation damage. Continue reading
